Data Deletion Request

At Shredpool, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at:

We will respond to your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your vehicle information (if you were a driver)
• Your saved payment methods
• Your ride history and booking records
• Your messages and communications within the app
• Your ratings and reviews (given and received)
• Your notification preferences and settings

What We Keep (Legal Requirements)

For legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain certain limited information:

• Financial records: Transaction history for tax compliance (7 years)
• Fraud prevention: Anonymized data to prevent abuse and fraud
• Legal obligations: Information required by law or legal proceedings

This retained data will be anonymized and will not be personally identifiable.
